LIFE = ACCOUNTING CONCEPT

When i revise accounting for mid-term test, i come across an accounting concept - prudence concept. I am sure those who study accounting know this concept well ^^ This concept says that there is uncertainties in the business event, so we must not overstate the assets and not understate the liabilities. In other words, this means we should not anticipate income but to provide for all the possible losses. Suddenly, i felt that this concept is very related to our life.

Our life is just once. There is a lot of uncertainties. We cannot predict what will happen next. So we should not estimate what the assets we will get in the future. In the opposite, we should predict what the losses we may encounter. For instance, we must think that what if tomorrow is our end of life?? What if we suddenly involve in tragedies?? So, the only thing we can do now is just enjoy our life to the max with no regrets. What we think that can make us happy, just do it! For example, if we love travelling, then go travel now if we are capable to do it. Don't think that we should save lots of money now and travel all around the world during the old age. Are u confirm u can still able to walk during old age? Are u confirm u can live till old age and then start to travel??? NO! We do not have a confirm answer, we do not even know what will happen to us tomorrow!! So, we should try to fullfill our dreams when we are still alive. Don't wait and wait and wait ~ until we die, our dreams still cannot be realised. Remember that, we cannot bring our money to the coffin, so what for we save lots of money for the old age??! But I do not mean that
we need not to save any money for the old age!! We still have to save some portion of money for old age & emergency, but spend the rest on the things we enjoy now ^_^

Hence, this is all i want to share. This is just my personal opinion, agree or not agree with me depends on you guys xD So remember that, always link prudence concept to our life hahas!
